Were looking for a Senior Vice President Corporate Finance to help build the financial architecture behind INF1NITY as we scale from a growing private company into an institutional investment platform.

This is a senior hands-on role for someone with deep experience across fund and investment economics capital markets and strategic finance; and a track record of building financial infrastructure in complex high-growth environments.

Location: This role will begin remotely with the expectation to transition to working 35 days per week from our Miami office.

INF1NITY is an AI-native permanent-capital investment platform spanning private markets real assets income strategies growth and technology investments strategic acquisitions capital markets and financial services.

Our mission is to grant access to investments previously reserved only for the ultra-wealthy.

Were not building a traditional asset manager. Were building an institution designed to compound capital intelligence and distribution over decades.

As SVP Corporate Finance youll work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership to build the financial operating system required to support INF1NITYs growth.

Your focus will be on fund and investment economics capital markets and strategic finance building an integrated financial view across the INF1NITY ecosystem shaping how we structure and deploy capital and providing the financial insight behind key strategic decisions.

Youll join at an important stage of growth with the opportunity to build INF1NITYs finance function from the ground up and grow the team as the platform scales.

What Youll Do

• Build and own the integrated financial model across INF1NITYs corporate entities investment vehicles management companies operating businesses and future acquisitions.
• Build and analyze the economics of new investment products and vehicles including fund structures management fees carried interest preferred returns waterfalls GP economics and fund-level returns.
• Partner directly with the Founder & CEO on capital strategy evaluating equity and debt financing structured capital strategic investments fund-level financing credit and warehouse facilities acquisition financing and permanent-capital structures.
• Develop institutional-grade budgets multi-year forecasts cash-flow and balance-sheet models scenario analyses KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Build frameworks for treasury liquidity management and capital allocation as INF1NITY scales.
• Support acquisitions and strategic investments through valuation financial modeling due diligence capital structure analysis financing and transaction economics.
• Build clear financial reporting and decision-making tools for leadership the board shareholders investors and lenders.
• Help establish scalable financial controls governance audit readiness and public-company-level financial discipline.
• Work with INF1NITYs technology and AI infrastructure to automate and improve financial modeling forecasting reporting and analysis.
• Help build the finance organization and hire the team needed to support the platform as it grows.

• 1015 years of experience across alternative asset management private equity investment banking strategic finance capital markets or related financial services.
• Deep experience in fund and investment economics including fund structures waterfalls carried interest preferred returns and GP economics.
• Strong capital markets and strategic finance experience with the ability to advise senior leadership on complex financial and capital-allocation decisions.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience working with complex capital structures and multiple investment vehicles.
• Experience building financial infrastructure systems or processes in a growing organization.
• Strong commercial judgment high ownership and the ability to move between detailed analysis and big-picture strategic decisions.

• Experience within an alternative asset manager private equity firm permanent-capital or multi-vehicle investment platform family office or high-growth financial platform.
• Experience with M&A treasury or broader corporate finance.
• Experience building or scaling a finance team.
• Experience using AI and automation within finance.
