Must have Skills/Attributes: FIGMA HMI (Human Machine Interfaces) Prototyping UX DESIGN UX Research

Required:-
5 years of experience with a focus on Empathy (synthesizing stakeholder and user sentiment listening with openness to learn)
5 years with focus on Adaptive Thinking (quickly pivoting with changing requirements seeing challenges as learning opportunities)
Thorough understanding of UI best practices and essential graphic design theory
Proficiency in UI layout spec and prototyping tools
Experience in Ergonomics and HMI research
Experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines
Portfolio demonstrating expertise and ability to articulate your process

Skills:
Project management experience plus
Experience in automotive or other adjacent fields plus

Soft Skills:
Outstanding communication organisation time management and interpersonal skills
Exceptional data storytelling capability
