TheSeniorUX Designershapeshow users experience building engagement clarity andexcitement around theBeThePeople will partner with product engineering and content on iterative design ranging from journey-level rethinking to weekly content and interface improvements informed by real user behavior.

How You Will Contribute

Lead UX design for assigned areas of theBeThePeopleplatform

Run discovery alongsidethe Productteam includinguser interviews usability testing and concept validation

Design at multiple altitudes: end-to-end journeys page-level flows and weekly content updates

Partner withthe engineeringteamto guideimplementation and the design system asthe platformevolves

Bring content design judgment to the platform; partner with content owners on voice and clarity

Contribute to design ops practice including patterns documentation and review rituals.

Drivea design culture that supports iterative evidence-driven product developmentand creatingdelightfulexperiencesfor users

What You Will Bring

5years of product design experience on consumer-facing digital products

Strong portfolio across journey interface and content design

Fluency in responsive/mobile design interaction design and information architecture

Substantial experience running usability researchuser behavioranalyticstoolsand turningqualitativeandquantitativefindingsinto design decisions

Fluency in Figma and modern design system practicesas well as rapidprototyping

Track recordof close partnership with engineeringteamson iterative delivery

Background in a startup early-stage or entrepreneurial environment

Track recordof using AI-enabled tools and practices to accelerate your work

Deep experience in accessible design principles andinclusivestandards

Enthusiasm to contribute to StandTogethersvision and principled approachto solving problems and a commitment to stewarding our culture which champions values including transformation and innovation entrepreneurialism humility and respect

$140000 - $175000 a year

For this role the anticipated base salary range is $140000$175000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employees overall contribution to the organization.

Consistent with this approach base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
