• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
• Develop interactive components with React ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Create design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user flows.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the design process.

• 25 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma with a solid understanding of React for interactive design.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs through research and testing methodologies.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.

• Familiarity with Framer for prototyping and animation.
• Experience working in a startup environment adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.

The base salary for this role ranges from $125K to $175K complemented by competitive equity options. This company also offers a referral reward program further enhancing the overall compensation package.
