Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney Multiple Locatios

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney with 8 years of experience to join its growing California litigation practice. The role involves handling complex trust and estate disputes financial elder abuse matters fiduciary litigation and supervising junior attorneys. Multiple Location:San Jose Pleasanton or San Mateo California

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle complex trust and estate disputes will contests and contested probate matters

- Manage fiduciary litigation trustee/beneficiary disputes and financial elder abuse claims

- Draft pleadings motions and legal memoranda

- Conduct discovery depositions mediations and court appearances

- Manage client relationships and business development initiatives

- Supervise and mentor associates

QUALIFICATIONS:

- JD required with active California Bar membership

- 8 years of Trust & Estate Litigation experience

- Strong experience handling contested trust and probate matters

- Experience with fiduciary disputes and financial elder abuse litigation

- Strong analytical negotiation and advocacy skills

- Desire to build and grow a long-term California practice

PREFERRED:

- Experience supervising junior attorneys

- Partial portable book of business

- Experience with a regional midsize or AmLaw firm

- Business development track record
