Beacon Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to join their Treasury Operations & Cash Management team. This role will lead banking administration cash management and treasury operations across a complex commercial real estate investment platform. The Senior Treasury Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient cash movement operational excellence business continuity and continuous process improvement while serving as a key partner to accounting and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all banking relationships and procedures including openings/closings signer management user access and support
• Oversee wire transfers ACH payments and cash concentration activities
• Evaluate treasury management systems and implement process improvements
• Maintain treasury policies procedures and internal control documentation
• Own the Quarterly Asset Management and cash processes including triaging to the appropriate team members as needed
• Work closely with the Controller to manage and rectify any escalations from the Treasury Team
• Build and maintain strong cross departmental communications
• Provide support to the accounting department

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of progressive treasury and cash management experience with strong hands-on operational involvement
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field. Masters preferred
• Problem solver with the ability to identify risks develop solutions and drive process improvements
• Strong understanding of cash management debt administration and treasury operations
• Experience working with ERP and treasury management systems
• Commercial real estate or multi-entity experience preferred
• Ability to lead staff and offshore resources

Compensation:

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $110000 - $140000. Salary will be determined based on experience education and other factors.
