Location

This is an in-office position based in Houston TX with regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must have senior-level transactional law experience strong drafting and client advisory skills and the ability to work fully in office in Houston.

Job Description

• Handle a wide range of business and corporate transactional matters for companies healthcare practices and business owners.
• Draft review negotiate and revise contracts agreements corporate documents and business transaction materials.
• Advise clients on entity formation governance business operations commercial agreements and risk management.
• Support clients through business transactions from initial planning through closing or implementation.
• Work directly with clients to understand business goals and provide practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on matters involving business law health law and related legal issues.
• Manage deadlines documents client communications and transaction workflow with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Senior-level transactional law experience required.
• Texas Bar admission required.
• Strong contract drafting negotiation and client counseling skills.
• Experience with business law corporate transactions commercial agreements healthcare transactions or general corporate matters preferred.
• Ability to independently manage transactional matters and communicate directly with clients.
• Strong attention to detail business judgment and professionalism.
• Ability to work in office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
