We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and proactive trademark paralegal to support Apples Trademark Group. This role requires a solid understanding of U.S. and international trademark prosecution enforcement and adverse proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong communication analytical legal research and drafting skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating complex issues and competing priorities and will approach problem-solving in a creative and efficient manner.

Bachelors degree AA degree or equivalent experiencen6 years of experience as a paralegal or equivalentnExperience reviewing and analyzing documents and correspondence related to U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement and extracting relevant information for docketing systemsnExperience preparing documents and correspondence relating to trademark prosecution including filings registrations and renewalsnExperience reviewing trademark documents such as watch notices office actions provisional refusals and notices of irregularitynStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and self-sufficiency

Familiarity with SAEGIS and WebTMS nStrong technical proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite nParalegal certificate with trademark specializationnExperience with both law firm and in-house docketing systemsnExperience in technology and consumer electronics industries nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and outside counsel nSelf-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing prioritiesnAbility to work independently while managing a high-volume workload and collaborating effectively within a large team in a fast-paced environment
