Senior TPM 3GPP NTN Core Network Integration, Amazon Leo

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the core network integration for the Leo direct-to-device (DTD) system. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how quickly and reliably we deploy the DTD network and enable service to our customers.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager for NTN Core Network Integration you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD core networking for Leo DTD systems from architecture and design through verification and deployment.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager on our Leo DTD team youll lead technical program management of DTD core network integration across the Leo DTD constellation ensuring our Leo NTN solutions perform flawlessly in real-world environments.

Drive programs from early architecture and design through integration and qualification testing ensuring these critical systems meet performance reliability and schedule requirements. Youll develop mechanisms and processes connecting Leo engineering and business teams core network vendors and partners network operators and software vendors to build the Leo NTN solution.

Serve as the central program leader across a diverse set of cross-functional teamsfrom business development communication systems networking software to systems integration and testto ensure network connectivity and performance are delivered for Leo NTN. Success requires deep technical judgment strong program leadership and the ability to align complex engineering organizations.

Develop and maintain program plans that track major milestones across feature development design reviews integration activities qualification testing and end-to-end network readiness. You will proactively identify technical and programmatic risks build mitigation strategies and communicate clear status updates to engineering leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.

Help transition from early development of DTD core network into a large-scale DTD solution supported by the Leo DTD constellation device ecosystem and core networks. You will collaborate with engineering teams as well as hardware and software vendors for networking and test equipment vendors to scale the DTD network.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or equivalent
- Experience with wireless and mobile networks

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity prioritizing needs and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
- Experience leading large-scale verification validation and certification programs for wireless communications networks

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
