Role: Senior Test Lead (Annuity)
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)
Rate: $75/hr on C2C.
Note:
Please look for candidate Annuity knowledge/Experience: Fixed Variable & Indexed Annuities.
Who are we looking for
- Require a Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience (Level 6) in software testing with at least 5 years in Life Insurance or Retirement services (Pension/401k).
- Strong knowledge in Retirement Services insurance domain with focus on validating applications that manage pensions annuities 401(k) plans and other retirement benefits.
Technical Skills:
Test Lead
- Primary Skills :
- Test Strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and User Stories.
- Annuity knowledge: Fixed Variable & Indexed Annuities. Should know IRA plans e.g. Traditional IRA Roth IRA 401(k) 403 (b) 457 SEP SIMPLE
- Have hands on exposure to policy admin systems like Vantage ALIP Navisys FAST OIPA EXL Life Pro etc.
- Insurance domain SME with US based ANNUITY domain knowledge
- Technical Skills: Manual testing proficiency is mandatory; experience in automation tools (Selenium UFT) is highly preferred
- Database: Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Secondary Skills:
- Automation testing knowledge on UFT or LeanFT API Testing Performance testing Functional test design. Insurance domain knowledge
- Automation frameworks and reporting tools.
- Writing executing monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites.
- CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process
- OOPs and JDBC Concepts.
- Tools: Experience with Test Management tools (e.g. Jira TestRail ALM)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong programming skills
