Were looking for a Senior Test Integration Engineer to own electrical interconnect systems across our UAV platforms. This is a highly hands-on role focused on designing building and validating harnesses that operate in demanding environments. Youll work across electrical mechanical and test teams to deliver reliable lightweight and production-ready harness solutions while also contributing to test infrastructure like fixtures and system test racks. This role requires speed autonomy and a strong bias toward execution
Harness Design & Ownership
Own end-to-end design of UAV wiring harnesses: concept prototype production.
Design for power high-speed signals RF and mixed-signal systems under tight size weight and power constraints
Rapidly iterate on harness layouts routing and packaging with mechanical and electrical teams
Full harness design including connectors shielding strategies wire types and protection
schemes for harsh environments (vibration temperature EMI)
Drive design decisions with a focus on reliability manufacturability and field serviceability
Build Integration & Validation
Lead bring-up and integration of harnesses into full vehicle systems
Define and execute validation: continuity insulation resistance shielding effectiveness and system-level functional checks.
