Job Description:
Senior Test Engineer positions offered by Jabil Inc. (Florence Kentucky). Designing and developing automated and manual test procedures for large-scale computer systems. Conducting failure analysis and implementing corrective actions to ensure product reliability and compliance. Applying advanced proficiency in Linux environments Python scripting and data-driven performance validation. Troubleshooting and integrating server network and hardware accelerator systems within high-volume manufacturing.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computing Software Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience designing and developing automated and manual test procedures for server performance validation.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Working with computing hardware and identifying computing server functions;
Developing and executing test scripts using Python Shell script Linux and SQL;
Utilizing Linux commands for test automation error analysis debugging and log analysis;
Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to improve system design validation and production test coverage;
Performing root causes analysis and implementing corrective actions; and
Conducting functional performance and reliability testing of high-performance computer systems.
In lieu of a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 2 years of experience as stated employer will accept a masters or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and demonstrated proficiency in the skillsets above.
Experience may be but need not be acquired concurrently.
