Job Summary
Were searching for a Senior Telecommunications Analyst who supports complex telecommunications systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role youll design implement monitor maintain and administer software and hardware on hospital telecommunications systems. Youll perform hardware and capacity planning systems administration performance monitoring system management and problem resolution in a technologically advanced environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Designs implements and documents advanced telecommunications systems and applications
Recommends new systems and upgrades establishes technical and administrative requirements and helps define ACD IVR and auto-attendant needs
Coordinates implementation testing end-user training and when needed project management for new services or equipment
Performs day-to-day administration of telecommunications systems including hardware installation configuration system monitoring and checklist oversight
Troubleshoots complex hardware and software issues performs root cause analysis applies upgrades and patches and helps enforce platform security standards
Provides project and application support by leading troubleshooting efforts coordinating with vendors documenting systems and completing assigned tasks within agreed time frames
Supports customers through clear communication issue investigation timely resolution cross-team collaboration and third-level technical support
Prepares project time and cost estimates mentors junior staff on processes and deliverables and provides on-call after-hours and crisis support
Stays current on technology by pursuing training certifications cross-training opportunities and industry best practices
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelors degree with coursework in telecommunications networking or computer science preferred
5 years of experience in an enterprise-level telecommunications environment required
Bachelors degree may substitute for 4 years of experience preferred
