Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer and Business Analyst with a strong background in
development and architecture who likes to get into the details! The ideal candidate will play a key
role in assisting with Tech Diligence reports by gathering information from various teams and
translating it into a format that is easily understandable by business stakeholders. Expertise with
Generative AI ( LLMs) is required.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and insights for
Tech Diligence reports.
Analyze technical documentation code repositories and other relevant resources to extract
key information.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear concise and compelling written content
suitable for business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation standards templates and style guides.
Review and edit technical content produced by other team members for accuracy clarity
and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in technical
writing.
Expert at using Generative AI ( LLMs)
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent
experience).
Proven experience as a technical writer with a focus on technology and architecture.
Strong understanding of software development processes systems architecture and
technical concepts.
Proficiency in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content for
different audiences.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and documentation tools (e.g. Markdown
Confluence).
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
