Senior Technical Project Manager
Lakewood NJ Full-Time Onsite
$100000 - $125000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Oversee internal operational and technology initiatives across multiple departments
- Coordinate priorities timelines and deliverables with department leaders
- Drive projects to completion
- Build document and improve business processes and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation and technology
- Implement new systems tools and operational initiatives
- Monitor project progress resolve roadblocks and communicate updates to leadership
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements that support organizational growth
Qualifications
- 5 years of project or program management experience
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand business systems and technology
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated proactive and highly accountable
- Comfortable creating structure improving processes and driving execution
