Peraton is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support our Customer in developing project detailed plans creating and maintaining schedules and supporting clear concise and effective communication to stakeholders and leadership across multiple concurrent projects
Direct Customer support to include:
Developing project plans
Coordinating with teams stakeholders and leadership across assigned projects to track progress against the overall schedule maintain the project schedule and communicate upcoming milestones and deliverables
Developing a technical and functional understanding of assigned projects and applying this knowledge to support development of technical artifacts and briefings
Ensuring consistent messaging across briefings and support leadership in external communications of related projects
Participating and contributing to technical exchanges with partners stakeholders and developers as need
Serving as the risk and opportunity manager across the organization
Ensuring compliance with configuration and change management processes and procedures
Qualifications
Required:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
Minimum of 18 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 16 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 14 years with Ph.D.; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 5 years demonstrated intelligence community experience in a network/IT/software development environment; development experience not required
Experience building and maintaining project schedules in Microsoft Project
An understanding of the SAFe Agile software methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills across team members stakeholders and leadership
Desire and willingness to help support a Customer organization that undergoes constant change with an evolving mission
Demonstrated experience communicating information and direction via email and briefings in PowerPoint
Ability to perform analysis as needed in Excel

Target Salary Range
$146000 - $234000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
