Koniag Management Services a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Financial Consultant with DoD accounting expertise to join our collaborative team supporting KMS and our government customer at Fort Lee offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks of paid time off and Senior Technical Financial Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the modernization and implementation of an SAP ERP solution across the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). This role will focus on financial management contracting integration and alignment with federal and Department of Defense Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support ERP modernization system implementation and financial process financial and technical expertise related to the deployment and integration of enterprise financial management SAP financial modules and functionality with direct SAP financial experience strongly knowledge of Federal GAAP U.S. Treasury requirements and Department of Defense financial standards and frameworks including DFAS SFIS and with the integration of financial and contracting processes within the SAP ERP as a member of an Agile or Scrum team utilizing task and project management tools such as with technical financial contracting and business stakeholders to identify requirements resolve issues and support successful system Skills and Experience:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Information Systems or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.35 years of experience in financial management ERP implementation financial systems or related supporting financial management or system implementation within the federal government Department of Defense public sector or retail/grocery industry is highly of SAP financial processes and enterprise financial systems is highly analytical communication coordination and problem-solving to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team Requirement:Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
