Job Title: Senior Technical Engineer Fiserv Fraud Guard

Location: Boston MA (Remote)

Job Description:

• 10 years of experience in Fraud Management solutions with strong expertise in Fiserv Fraud Guard product
• Strong knowledge in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard PCI DSS
• Handson experience in customizing configuring and maintaining Fraud Guard codebase for enterprise implementations
• Strong technical knowledge in Java J2EE SQL and application support for fraud detection platforms
• Experience in implementing rule engines transaction monitoring and real time fraud detection workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot enhance and optimize Fraud Guard system performance and stability
• Prior experience working in Banking Payments domain preferably with large clients like State Street
• Strong understanding of integration patterns APIs MQ batch processing within fraud systems
• Experience in production support incident management and release deployments
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with ability to work in client facing roles
• Bachelors masters in engineering or related field with proven experience in enterprise fraud solutions
