Role description:

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Technical Architectwith a minimum of 12 years experience to lead the technical design and construction phase delivery of a large-scale bus maintenance and repair facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in industrial and transportation facility design with a focus on design-build delivery including coordination of complex building systems and stakeholder requirements.

Role accountabilities:

• Lead Design Development:Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building ensuring functionality safety and efficiency.
• Technical Oversight:Ensure compliance with building codes transportation regulations and sustainability standards.
• Quality Assurance:Review and approve technical drawings specifications and construction documents.
• Construction Support:Provide guidance during construction addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional degree in Architecture; US licensure required.
• Minimum 12 years experience preferably with industrial transit or public infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of leading complex large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of building systems industrial workflows and maintenance facility requirements.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $129000- $194000 . Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
