This role demands proven excellence in program management technical leadership and stakeholder Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Provides technical leadership and direction over a portfolio of technical programs and initiates and manages complex information technology (IT) programs and projects Lead and guide the work of technical staff across multiple programs and projects. Responsible for all aspects of program execution including developing and managing integrated master schedules cost estimates spend plans recommendations resource allocation stakeholder communication and knowledge actionable business strategiesConducts requirements analysis cost assessments and analysis of recommendations to aid Senior leader decision-making to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks capability and performance gaps and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issuesAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives schedules and reports Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiencesManages program resources budget staffing and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and productivity across multiple programs Develops and implements quality control procedures to ensure all services meet or exceed performance standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers subject matter experts and operational personnel to facilitate seamless project execution and address any challenges or issues that may and delivers regular performance reports financial analyses and technical briefingsDevelops and executes strategic roadmaps for technology modernizationIdentifies opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancementsWork Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:8-years of related experienceExtensive experience with program governance enterprise-level portfolio management and strategic planning for DoD IT-related programsDemonstrated supervisory and/or management experience Proven track record of successful program delivery in federal environmentsExtensive knowledge of federal IT security requirements and extensive strategic planning experienceExtensive experience developing mission vision goals and objectives and formulating actionable business strategiesExperience conducting requirements analysis cost assessments and analysis of with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile Waterfall or Hybrid developing and managing integrated master schedulesExperience developing program metrics and key performance indicatorsExperience contract management risk mitigation and resource allocation knowledge of and experience with quality assurance and quality control processes for project delivery and contract working with classified systems and environmentsStrong organizational project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Proven stakeholder management and effective communication strategies with clients and senior to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message to senior technical writing and documentation skillsAdvanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS Teams Excel and Outlook application skills Education: Bachelors Degree in an Information Technology or Business-related fieldClearance Requirement:To be considered must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI Location and Travel:Will be required to report onsite at the Ft.
