Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay is currently seeking talent for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. We offer an opportunity to grow within a global semiconductor organization gaining exposure to diverse hiring projects and cross-functional collaboration while working closely with an international talent acquisition team across the Americas Europe and Asia.

Location: Hybrid/Remote from United States preferred States: NE SD AZ TX VT AP

What you would be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communication
• Participate in regional/global TA projects and cross-border hiring initiatives
• Support recruitment process improvements and TA initiatives

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
• 35 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience hiring for semiconductors/Electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment channels and social media
• Experience with ATS systems experience with Workday is a plus
