AV is looking for a highly talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.

• Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems

• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)

• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication

• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics

• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status

• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule dependencies and integrated testing

Required:

• Master of Science or Master of Arts degree and 12 years of experience. OR a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and 20 years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.

• Active Secret clearance

• Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience

• Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)

• Excellent organization and communication skills

• Experience with systems integration

Desired:

• Adept with some Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo DOORs etc.)

• Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders

• Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
