Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer (Vacuum system and Design)
Location: Santa Clara California - Onsite
Type of Hire: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Define system architecture and translate requirements into subsystem specifications.
Lead system integration of vacuum modules robotics motion systems and controls.
Drive system testing troubleshooting and SEMI compliance.
Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements and present solutions.
Develop innovative concepts for performance and cost improvements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams mechanical electrical firmware controls and manufacturing teams
and mentor junior engineers.
Produce system-level documentation (requirements ICDs test plans validation reports).
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics or Systems Engineering.
10-15 years in semiconductor tools vacuum systems robotics or high precision automation design within the Semiconductor / Automation industry.
Strong understanding of mechatronics motion control system behavior and integration.
Customer interactions and International travel may be expected.
Preferred:
Experience with EFEMs vacuum robotics loadlocks transfer chambers.
Knowledge of SEMI S2/S22/S8 and SECS/GEM.
Familiarity with reliability engineering tools (FMEA FRACAS).
Prior work in fast-paced NPI/NPDF environments.
