Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / Data Engineering Consultant with deep expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance to support enterprise data initiatives for the Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Informatica solutions establishing master and reference data and improving data quality across large-scale enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of overall IT experience with strong Systems Analysis and Data Engineering expertise.
• 10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools including:
  • PowerCenter
  • IICS
  • IDMC
  • MDM
  • Axon
  • EDC
  • IDQ
  • Customer360
  • Supplier360
  • Entity360
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data solutions for large organizations.
• 10 years of experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Strong experience gathering business requirements analyzing existing systems and delivering enterprise data solutions.
• Excellent analytical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Snowflake in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integrations.
• Experience in Healthcare/Public Health organizations.
• Experience working with State Government agencies.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
