Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical supply chain professional with deep capacity planning experience and a strong foundation in data analytics SQL and Python who is excited to apply AI agents and automation to complex supply chain problems. This role will support strategic decision-making across demand forecasting capacity planning inventory optimization and scenario modeling while actively building and deploying AIdriven analytics solutions.
This individual will work cross functionally with supply chain procurement operations finance and technology teams to transform data into insightand insight into actionat scale.
Responsibilities
Capacity Planning & Supply Chain Analytics
Develop and maintain capacity planning models across suppliers manufacturing logistics and infrastructure constraints
Perform scenario planning and what if analysis to support investment decisions demand volatility and risk mitigation
Analyze supply demand imbalances lead times throughput and bottlenecks to inform short and longterm plans
Support executive level reporting with clear KPIs trends and recommendations
Data & Analytics Engineering
Design write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and analyze large complex datasets
Build Python based analytical models (forecasting optimization simulations) using libraries such as GCP Copilot studio
Create repeatable scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows
Partner with BI teams to feed dashboards and decision tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Agentic AI)
AI Agents & Automation
Design and implement AI agents to automate recurring analytics tasks (e.g. demand analysis exception detection scenario generation)
Apply machine learning or rule based agents to improve forecasting accuracy capacity utilization and planning cycle time
Integrate AIdriven insights into planning processes and operational workflows
Continuously identify opportunities where AI and automation can replace manual analysis or judgment calls
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain leaders planners and category managers to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Influence planning and investment decisions through data driven storytelling
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in supply chain Engineering Operations Research Data Science Economics or related field
5 years of experience in supply chain analytics capacity planning or network planning
Expertise in transforming unstructured data into standardized scalable data structures for analysis and reporting
Strong hands-on experience with SQL (advanced queries joins performance tuning)
Strong Python skills for data analysis and modeling or strong Power BI skills (datasets management reporting creation and deployment mechanisms)
Proven experience building analytical models for capacity demand inventory or lead-time planning
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying or prototyping AI agents ML models or automation workflows
Familiarity with optimization forecasting or simulation techniques
Experience working with large global supply chains or capital-intensive environments
Exposure to cloud data platforms or modern data stacks
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - DA1 Dallas : 136000 - 204000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131000 - 181000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role level and pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training.
