• Lead and manage the total construction operations
• Ensurethatallhealthandsafetyprojectplansareimplemented
• Tracktheprojectspendingandbudgets(materialsandlabor)
• Leadandsupervisetheworkersandmonitorworkperformance
• Liaisewithexternalagentsandinspectorsandmeetrequiredstandardsintermsoflicensessafetyandanyotherobligations
• Workcollaborativelywithmanagementkeepingtheminformedofprogressandsummarizinginformationandtrends
• Manageallsubcontractorrelationships
• Meetandenforceallsafetyrulesandregulations
• Provideinputandassistancewithpre-jobplanningstrategizingandconceptualscheduling
• Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BONDs values

• Exhibitsathoroughunderstandingofconstructionprocessesandbestpracticesincludingissuessuchascomplicatedearthretentionsystemsfoundationssupportofadjacentstructuresandwinterwork
• Demonstratedexperiencewithschedulingprocessanduseofaprojectplan
• Mustbedetail-orientedorganizedflexibleandabletoeffectivelymultitaskwhileworkinginafast-pacedenvironment
• Musthaveexcellenttimemanagementandprioritizationskillstoensuredeadlinesaremetwhileprovidingaccuratedeliverables
• MusthavearobustknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice(ExcelWordPowerPointandOutlook)

BENEFITS

• BOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision insurance a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution paid time off including vacation sick leave and holidays employer-paid life and disability insurance and access to additional voluntary benefits.
• The expected salary range for this role is $155000 to $220000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience skills and qualifications.
