Job Description:

Provides specialized expertise in a specific field working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organizations broader goals.

Develops and maintains the visual identity of a brand network channel or organisation including logo design and the overall look and feel. Defines and selects colour palettes typography imagery and visual elements that consistently express brand positioning and values across all touchpoints.
Establishes brand design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across productions and campaigns. Develops and maintains graphic designs and layouts that support brand identity and reviews design outputs to ensure alignment with established standards and overall brand direction.

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
