What Youll Do

• Interprets Workday signals andtranslatesfor HR early visibility rather than reactive are aligned to what isactually happeningvs. what was planned. Example COEs:

  • Talent Acquisition (hiring demand signals)

  • Learning & Development (skill gaps org shiftpossible trainingclasses)

  • HRBPS (org design changes risks)

• Variance Tracking & Reporting

  • Supports actual vs. plan trackingin Workday and Adaptive Workforce Planning tools(headcount positions spend)

  • Partner with our People Insights & Analytics team to elevate reporting into clear narratives and insights

  • Build andmaintainregular reporting for leaders at multiple levels to include executive leadership

• Process Improvement & Governance in Workday

  • Owns position flow in Workday to include review approvalauditingand cleanup

  • Lookfor continuedimprovement in Workdayidentifyingprocess gaps inefficiencies and opportunities in business process design

  • Supports ticketing / change requests from Finance and HR Partners

  • Acts as and evolves resources for HRBPs and leaders

• Serve as the teams primary expert in Workday position data transactions and workflows

  • Data hygiene

  • Re-org support

What You Bring

• BA or advanced degree where Required

• 5 Years of Experience; In lieu of degree 7 years exp.

• Strong Workday experience is critical for success in this role

• Tools/systems: Adaptive Workforce Planning position management HR/Finance planning tools or workforce reporting.

• Workforce planning experience: headcount planning org design scenario modeling or transformation planning.

• Analytical skills: forecasting actuals vs. plan variance analysis dashboards or workforce insights.

• Cross-functional partnership with HRBPs Finance/FP&A People Insights HR COEs and senior leaders.

Our Hybrid Flex approach is built on presence with a purpose giving you flexibility to work remotely with intentional in-person connection that supports a workplace thats flexible connected and future focused.

In a Hybrid-Flex role youll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and a Remote Flex role youll work virtually with a few in-office visits each year for meaningful moments that matter.

Salary Range
