Senior State Product Manager Personal Lines (Remote)
A leading national insurance organization is hiring a Senior State Product Manager to lead Personal Lines strategy for complex markets. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on multiyear strategy pricing and underwriting direction regulatory engagement and crossfunctional execution across actuarial underwriting claims sales technology and legal.
What Youll Do
- Own strategy and results for one or more highcomplexity states
- Lead multiyear plans across pricing underwriting appetite product structure and distribution
- Drive top and bottomline performance including combined ratio and growth
- Partner closely with Actuarial Underwriting Sales Claims Legal and Technology
- Use data and financial analysis to identify trends risks and strategic opportunities
- Lead and develop a highperforming team
- Build strong relationships with regulators and industry partners
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of experience in insurance product management or underwriting
- Proven success managing statelevel P&L performance
- Strong strategic analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
- Experience leading highimpact initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- People leadership experience
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or designations (CPCU AU actuarial exams) preferred
Comp Range
- $150-185k
