Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Program Manager — Labor and Human Rights

Job Summary
You will manage the engagement programs that support our labor and human rightsnwork overseeing the full cycle of our external partner convenings and expertnroundtables from shaping goals and approach through planning budgets logisticsnexecution and follow-through. You will manage relationships with key stakeholdersncontribute to the strategy for our partnerships and track and present projectnperformance to leadership. You will also contribute to the development of our publicnreporting as well as responses to supply chain inquiries and other ad hoc work will engage external expert audiences including partner organizationsnhuman rights experts and other stakeholders shaping this field. Working across Applenincluding with public relations government affairs legal and our subject matter expertsnas well as our external partners you will balance stakeholders and drive priorities tonkeep our work moving work sits within Apples operations organization and calls for a workingnunderstanding of global supply chains and manufacturing. It happens at a fastnoperational tempo where priorities evolve quickly and execution matters. As our worknevolves you may take on additional programs and priorities across the teams labor andnhuman rights will depend on being able to effectively manage many moving pieces buildnand sustain strong relationships navigate complex cross-functional efforts and engagencredibly with technical subject matter to help tell the story of the people across ournglobal supply chain.
10 years of relevant experiencenBA/BS degree in public policy international relations communications or related field is preferrednExperience managing stakeholder and partner relationships and coordinating engagement across multiple organizationsnDemonstrated experience leading complex programs end to end including planning logistics budget management and executionnExcellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write and edit clearly and develop polished materials for varied audiencesnDeep experience in labor and human rights including familiarity with the regulatory landscape and an understanding of global supply chainsnExperience working in cross-functional teams resolving issues building consensus and working toward agreements
Ability to credibly represent an organization in external forums and with expert audiencesnComfortable developing presentations and briefings for technical experts and executivesnExperience working with grants or consultant contracts to deliver outstanding results on time and within budgetnCan flex between understanding and shaping the big picture to focusing on the detailsnExperience coordinating or supporting the production of reports or similar deliverablesnAbility to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescalesnInterest and capacity to quickly engage with new subject matter areasnAbility to operate and collaborate at all levels of the organization including working directly with senior executivesnDemonstrated experience working effectively across global time zones and with culturally diverse international teamsnProficient in Pages Keynote and NumbersnWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
