Lead design and development of mechanical systems and subsystems
Translate user needs into design inputs and system-level outputs
Guide prototyping testing and resolution of design issues
Mentor engineers on engineering and design control practices
Drive innovation through technical exploration and development
Collaborate across functions to execute development activities
Ensure compliance with standards and documentation requirements
Contribute to technical and product strategy
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
6 years of relevant engineering experience
Experience designing mechanical or electro-mechanical systems
Proficiency in GD&T and CAE tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DFM principles
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing
Familiarity with regulated environments
$102600 - $171000 USD Annual
