• Design and build production-grade AI and Machine Learning features used by engineering teams at scale

• Develop and optimise LLM-powered products including natural language interfaces data exploration tools summarisation and AI-driven insights

• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure

• Design prompt engineering strategies evaluation frameworks and model benchmarking systems

• Fine-tune and optimise LLMs and custom models for performance latency and cost efficiency

• Collaborate closely with product data and engineering teams to bring AI capabilities into customer-facing products

• Stay current with the latest advances in AI and ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to real business problems

• Take ownership of projects from concept through production deployment and iteration

• 5 years of experience in AI Machine Learning or Applied AI Engineering

• Proven experience building and deploying ML/AI features into production environments

• Strong background in both classical machine learning and modern LLM-based systems

• Experience with prompt engineering model evaluation fine-tuning RAG or agent-based architectures

• Strong Python skills and experience working with ML frameworks and data tooling

• Experience building APIs and production systems

• Familiarity with MLOps tooling such as MLflow Weights & Biases or similar platforms

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

• Bachelors Masters or PhD in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics or a related field
