What You Can Expect

  • Contribute to the design and development of SERDES/D2D firmware for reliable scalable high performing network systems using embedded C/C
  • Develop new features and enhance existing features for Marvell MCU coprocessors and hardware-based accelerators
  • Develop software and troubleshoot issues related to hardware bring-up multi-threaded software development with virtualized hardware
  • Analyze and investigate methods to enhance software performance on Marvell SoC by eliminating bottle-necks using existing hardware and simulators and suggest future hardware/software design improvements
  • Work with system validation team and cross functional hardware/software engineers to understand and solve customer issues
  • Work on networking products design and develop firmware and software networking products

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. Masters degree and/or PhD in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience
  • Networking systems
  • Embedded C/C
  • Linux Kernel Driver Development
  • Experience with MCU Firmware
  • Hardware bring-up on MCU JTAG and GPIO
  • Ethernet protocol familiarity
  • Programming experience with Python or Assembly a plus
  • AI accelerated software development

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

131010 - 196300 $ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

This role is eligible to participate in Marvells bonus and equity plans including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the companys long-term success.
