- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key renewable energy supply chain partners with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) modules and racking systems.
- Optimize equipment allocation across project portfolios by balancing project requirements inventory availability and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate the execution of equipment purchasing agreements to support project development and delivery.
- Manage purchase orders for PV modules and racking systems ensuring timely delivery milestone tracking and payment coordination.
- Partner with Engineering Project Management Legal Finance and other stakeholders to incorporate critical project requirements into procurement strategies.
- Support compliance with Safe Harbor provisions Domestic Content requirements FEOC regulations and evolving industry standards.
- Validate supplier documentation and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Manage procurement requests throughout the procure-to-pay process.
- Support financial planning activities including payment tracking and cash flow forecasting.
- Coordinate responses to lender investor EPC and third-party due diligence requests.
- Manage warranty claims through commercial operation and provide procurement support to operations teams when needed.
- Serve as a trusted escalation point for procurement execution challenges and drive resolution across stakeholders.
- Lead and improve tracking auditing and data management processes related to equipment procurement and allocation.
- Represent company values through collaboration integrity and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Travel occasionally (approximately two times per year) for team meetings workshops or business needs.
- Strong organizational analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.
- Confidence working independently while also collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Attention to detail combined with a strategic perspective.
- Experience supporting procurement supply chain project execution renewable energy or related industries.
- Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy projects solar technologies or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI AI-enabled tools or data analytics platforms.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Education certifications or equivalent professional experience in engineering supply chain management business operations or related disciplines.
