Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of application support production services or software support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Java applications in a production environment.
• Strong Oracle database and SQL skills.
• Ability to review application code and implement small to medium-sized fixes.
• Experience working with incident management monitoring and operational support processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services asset management investment accounting or securities industry experience.
• Experience with Eagle investment accounting platform.
• Knowledge of equities fixed income holdings tax lots custody data and investment reporting.
• Experience with Perl Python and ETL technologies.
• Experience supporting reporting applications and client-facing reporting platforms.
• Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
• Experience supporting modernization cloud migration or AI-enabled operational initiatives.
