Entegris is hiring a full-time CRM and Marketing Automation Senior Specialist to join our team! Are you passionate about CRM digital marketing and driving sales enablement As our new Digital Marketing Specialist you will help us elevate our marketing technology stack andenhance ourCRMprocesses.

If hired youllplay a key role in shaping how we engage with our audience across digital channels. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to innovate collaborate and make a measurable impact!

Ideally our new team member will sit in Chaska MN. But for the right candidate we are open to considering Billerica MA as an option as well.

WhatYoullDo

• Support andoptimizeCRM operationsanddailydatabase maintenanceinHubSpotasadministrator and program coordinatorin collaboration with our Digital Marketing TeamandCRM stakeholders

• Supportand drive efficiencies inlead managementrecords and processes: review research and update contact records

• Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns

• Maintain designandidentifyefficienciesfor CRMworkflows

• Collaborate on digital campaignsto createlanding pages and forms

• Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations

• Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement

• Contribute to innovation initiatives Sales Enablement andpartnerwithsales sales support and customer service

What We Seek

• Bachelorsdegree in Marketingis strongly preferred

• 3 or more years ofCRM experience(HubSpot preferred Salesforce a plus)or related work experience

• Experience with marketing automation andMarTech

• Experience withRevOpssalespipeline andlead funnel management

• Pride in execution and an obsession with quality

• Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background

• Proficiencyinexceland data analysis

• Excellent English writing editing and verbal communication skills

• Detail-orientedaccurate and organized

• Self-starterwho takes initiative follows throughon projectsin a timely manner andcanmanage multiple projects

• Critical thinker and problem solver

• Compensation: $86500- $108000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
