SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our traditional affiliate program while supporting the growth of our social affiliate presence across Meta and YouTube. This role is the hands-on engine of the affiliate channel owning partner relationships keeping the program running efficiently and identifying opportunities to improve performance within the US ecommerce business.

Reporting into the US Paid Media team you will work closely with the TikTok affiliate team Performance Marketing Brand Marketing Social Creative and Analytics and coordinate with external affiliate networks agencies and platform partners.

Performance Affiliate Program Execution

• Own the day-to-day management of SharkNinjas traditional affiliate program: partner approvals offer and link management placement coordination commission structures compliance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Recruit and onboard a productive mix of publishers editorial and content partners loyalty and rewards platforms comparison and deal sites and emerging commerce affiliates.
• Build and maintain working relationships with active partners negotiating commissions and placements within established program guidelines and escalating complex commercial terms to the Manager.
• Translate the US Ecommerce commercial calendar into affiliate activations that support product launches priority categories promotions and seasonal events.
• Strengthen partner engagement through product seeding early access customized offers and performance recognition.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor partner and program performance daily identifying trends anomalies and optimization opportunities.
• Continuously test and refine partner mix offers placements and content to improve revenue conversion and return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports and channel updates for the Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage affiliate networks agencies and technology tools with accountability for execution quality.
• Support Legal and Finance on partner agreements disclosures and payment processing as needed.

• 46 years of experience in affiliate marketing performance marketing social commerce or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience managing an affiliate program including partner recruitment network management commission structures offer coordination tracking and reporting.
• Working knowledge of social affiliate or creator commerce programs (Meta YouTube or comparable platforms).
• Solid understanding of affiliate economics attribution and conversion optimization you know how to read the numbers and act on them.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with publishers creators networks and agencies.
• Strong organizational skills you can manage a high volume of active partners offers and deadlines without letting things slip.
• Clear communicator who can prepare performance summaries and partner updates for internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in affiliate network platforms and comfort with Excel or comparable reporting tools.

• The traditional affiliate program runs cleanly day-to-day partners are active offers are current placements are tracked and nothing slips through the cracks.
• Performance reporting is reliable timely and gives the Manager and channel leadership a clear picture of whats working and what needs attention.
• New partners are identified recruited and productive within a reasonable ramp period.
• Social affiliate activity on Meta and YouTube is organized and growing with clear records of active creators and their performance.
