Senior Source Change Management & NPI Leader

Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead source change management for an assigned portfolio of hardware suppliers and/or programs in accordance with established processes policies and tools.
Drive execution of new product introduction activities including design and configuration changes to ensure parts are qualified and ready to enter production on time and with no disruption to supply.
Partner with internal functions and suppliers to develop milestone plans track execution resolve risks and deliver quality and delivery outcomes.
Maintain and communicate source change and NPI execution plans across supply chain teams commodity teams program teams and customer stakeholders.
Translate source change priorities into actionable plans based on customer impact including delivery quality and fleet needs.
Identify execution gaps escalate issues through the appropriate channels and drive corrective actions using available enterprise and supplier resources.
Provide regular updates to Materials Planning and Commodity teams to ensure supply overlap production readiness and successful implementation of source changes.
Partner with Commodity Buyers when commercial support or supplier intervention is required to achieve program objectives.
Represent supplier readiness and change status in integrated product team and program discussions ensuring alignment on part qualification delivery timing and production readiness.
Apply sourcing procurement and operational knowledge to support decisions that align with supplier contracts company policy and business strategy.
Lead small to mid-sized cross-functional projects influence peers across the organization and help build alignment among stakeholders to achieve business and customer outcomes.
Serve as a resource to less experienced team members and support problem solving through strong analytical thinking sound judgment and effective prioritization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 12 years of professional experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in change management project management supply chain sourcing or related fields.
Ability to travel 10-20%

The base pay range for this position is$136000.00 - 181000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factorsincluding the candidates experience education and skill position is also eligiblefor an annual discretionary bonus based on apercentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
