You will work cross-functionally with Software Engineering and Services Engineering teams operating in a dynamic environment with groundbreaking technologies to make a difference.n

As a Senior Software Quality u0026 Validation Engineer you will test internal and external applications and workflows used by education and enterprise customers. You will create policies develop repeatable testing processes and automate test suites while maintaining technical resource documents. Additionally you will partner with various internal teams to build and manage testing environments from the ground up to ensure the reliability of enterprise-class solutions.

Partner with AppleCare customers to understand their essential applications and proactively test them on dedicated devices enrolled in Mobile Device Management (MDM) AppleCare Enterprise labs ensuring standardization in policies procedures licensing and with Software Engineering Services Sales and Readiness teams to ensure common enterprise and education applications function properly during the operating system development implement and automate regression test plans for security software content filters network extensions and external enterprise complex issues monitor feature updates track bug fixes and drive problems to and maintain technical resource documentation for knowledge transfer mentoring and training support information exchange sessions by gathering cross-functional groups for testing and development opportunities for individuals and teams within the AppleCare Enterprise Services organization.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.n8 years of experience in enterprise support engineering validation engineering or test experience in Python Java or another relevant with testing frameworks (e.g. PyTest Selenium JUnit) and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab).nExperience with RESTful APIs and API testing tools (e.g. Postman).nExperience verifying training data integrity and detecting writing test plans scripting automating processes and creating with macOS iOS operations and the Apple to travel domestically or internationally and work evenings or weekends to meet critical deadlines.

Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related technical field.n12 years of experience in enterprise support engineering validation engineering or test building professional relationships and collaborating across diverse to communicate technical information clearly and adapt communication styles to various influencing development organizations and driving cross-functional -facing experience in an enterprise support mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous to navigate ambiguity take on challenges in unfamiliar areas and identify the right subject matter experts to resolve issues.
