• Lead the development of backend systems using Python and C/C to support the factorys operational infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS and GCP for cloud-based services.
• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
• Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure efficient application management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and enhance system performance.
• Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze system metrics to drive performance enhancements and operational efficiency.

• 36 years of experience in backend engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools particularly Terraform.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in robotics AI or manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in a technical team.
