Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET/C#) on behalf of our client in Greenville SC. This role is ideal for a highly skilled software engineer with experience developing and supporting enterprise applications in manufacturing or industrial environments. The successful candidate will contribute to the modernization of critical business systems working with both legacy and modern technology stacks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain enterprise-level software applications using C# technologies.

• Support and enhance existing applications built Framework and WPF.

• Participate in the modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

• Develop and maintain applications utilizing relational databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support containerized deployments and CI/CD processes.

• Troubleshoot analyze and resolve application and system issues in production environments.

• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and global teams to deliver scalable high-quality software solutions.

• Support international projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong proficiency in C# development.

• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Blazor development.

• Java development experience.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments.

• Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating to microservices architectures.

• Familiarity with VMware VMware Tanzu or similar enterprise platforms.

• Experience supporting globally distributed applications and teams.

• Ability to travel internationally as required.
