As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer youll take end-to-end ownership of critical product features delivering seamless high-impact user experiences in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers. Our current stack includes TypeScript React Ruby PostgreSQL Google Cloud Platform and FreeSWITCH.
The Coaching Analytics Team
The Coaching and Analytics team transforms raw call data into actionable insights that directly improve how people sell. Youll build systems that process and analyze conversations at scale uncover meaningful patterns and turn them into real coaching toolsnot just dashboards but insights that drive behavior and outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of data backend systems and product thinking focused on simplifying complex signals into intuitive high-impact user experiences. If you enjoy turning data into intelligence that shapes user behavior this team is core to Orums AI-driven vision.
What youll do
Own core product features from initial concept and discovery through implementation deployment and iterative improvement.
Design and build scalable systems (70% backend 30% frontend) that power real-time high-volume workflows - such as routing calls with our event-driven SIP Softswitch or processing audio streams for advanced speech recognition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs Designers and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive performant experiences. Your input will directly influence the roadmapwe value engineering product and design equally.
You are a role model for engineering excellence. Mentor and support teammates by sharing knowledge offering feedback and fostering a collaborative growth-oriented environment.
Drive technical excellence by helping define and uphold coding standards that keep our codebase clean maintainable and scalable.
What were looking for
Proven experience owning features or products through the full lifecycle - from discovery to release to iteration
6 years of professional software development experience
3 years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience working with an RDBMS using SQL
Deep appreciation for simple maintainable and well-tested code
