About the Team

About the Role

This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which due to federal government security requirements mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native).

You will be a key contributor on the TLE Public Cloud Team. You will help the team in building a user friendly scalable and reliable tool framework. You will work closely with others from TLE to help automate tenant management and other operational tasks while being part of on-call and patch rotations.

About You

You have excellent analytical skills for solving and problem determination. You love solving the complexities of running a deployment. You dislike doing things twice so you automate each step along the way. You strive to make things self-healing elastic automatic repeatable and well tested. Have a high degree of comfort in Object Oriented and Functional Programming. You are passionate about automation and motivated by writing fast scalable code with test-ability in mind and exhilarated by working in a fast-paced environment!

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years using deploying and applying: AWS Google Cloud Platform

• 5 years working with one or more of the following languages: Python Ruby

• 5 years with SQL and MySQL

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in crafting analyzing and fixing large-scale distributed systems

• Experience implementing crafting deploying: Docker Kubernetes Serverless (Lambdas)

• Experience with orchestration deployment tools e.g CloudFormation Terraform Ansible Chef

• Experience with CI tools e.g Jenkins TeamCity Bamboo Artifactory

• Strong background in Linux and Shell Scripting

• MS in Computer Science or related field and 3 years validated experience or BS in Computer

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
