About the Role

Were seeking a Senior Software Developer to join one of our cross-functional Agile this role youll contribute to the full lifecycle of enterprise applicationsfrom design to deploymentwhile helping shape the vision and roadmap for your teams software solutions. Youll lead by example influence architecture decisions and explore cutting-edge technologies that drive business excellence and continuous learning.

What Youll Do

• Delivering high-quality code and scalable solutions aligned with business needs and team objectives.
• Leading or contributing to the design and architecture of maintainable enterprise-grade applications.
• Evaluating and recommending technologies or approaches to solve complex business challenges.
• Championing best practices in coding testing and Agile methodologies across the team.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline code improve system efficiency and drive innovation.
• Collaborating closely with developers product owners and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contributing across the full technology stack to support team goals and career development.
• Engaging in Agile ceremonies to support continuous improvement collaboration and excellence.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer with a strong foundation in enterprise application development.
• Strong experience with Java including Spring Spring Boot Spring JPA Docker REST SOAP and Hibernate.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS; AWS Certified Developer certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Proficiency leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot Claude Code) and Large Language Models to optimize engineering workflows.
• Solid understanding of RAG systems and autonomous agent-based architectures using proprietary or open-source AI models.
• Preferred: Experience with event-driven architecture serverless technologies AngularJS/Angular SQL SQS Confluent Kafka Kong and DevOps tools such as Git GitLab Maven and SonarCloud.
