PeopleTec is looking for an amazingSeniorSignature/Data Analystto join our team!In this role you will support MDA Targets and Countermeasures program in solid fuel debris model development and validation pre and post-flight trajectory analysis and on-site mission support.

Job Description (What Youll Be Doing)

• Support the development integration analysis and documentation of target analysis products for pre-mission and post-mission activities for all MDA Flight Tests
• Plan test activities and provide recommendations for team assignments to support mission activities
• Contribute to development of Target Vehicle notional trajectories flight scenarios and debris scenes
• Deploy for test missions and develop data analysis products such as Target Best Estimated Trajectory (BET) Target Quick-look Brief and Target Launch Time within required 24-hour (quick-look) timeframe ensuring accuracy of data products
• Participate in target development and test planning activities such as Target System Readiness Reviews Preliminary Design Reviews Critical Design Reviews Target and Test Readiness Reviews providing analysis and recommendations
• Prepare technical reports and/or briefings on various technical aspects of Flight Test Targets

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well alone and with a team

• Experience in a minimum of 2 of the following areas:trajectory/kinematic simulation EO/IR sensor exploitation RF sensor exploitation geodesy.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 20 years of experience or Masters Degree with 12 years experience.

Desired Skills:

• B.S. in Engineering or Physics highly desired

• M.S. in Engineering or Physics

• Active Security Clearance desired.

• Experience working independently and/or leading sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems

• Skilled in use of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

• Skilled in use of Matlab and TAOS software

• Familiar with STK software

• Experience with missiles targets missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons
