Title- Senior ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Design and optimize Incident Problem Change Request CMDB Knowledge and Asset Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Customize workflows business rules scripts and UI policies
- Ensure ITIL best practices and governance compliance
- Support production issues upgrades and enhancements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Advanced JavaScript and Glide scripting
- ITIL process expertise
- ServiceNow CSA CIS ITSM preferred
