Position Overview

The Senior Service Technician serves as a technical expert handling advanced troubleshooting large-scale service projects and mentoring apprentices and associates. This role ensures high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service calls for complex system issues.
• Mentor and train apprentices and associates.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes manufacturer requirements and regulations.
• Interface with inspectors contractors and clients.
• Provide advanced diagnostics and solutions.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

Education & Experience

• 46 years of field technician experience.
• NICET Level I or higher strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise across multiple system types.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
