Senior Scheduling Consultant

Summary:As a YA Senior Scheduling Consultant you will be working independently to lead all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process. Senior Scheduling Consultants are responsible for performing inspections of project sites to evaluate project progress conducting analysis of project documents and data effectively relaying findings and updating schedules. Senior Scheduling Consultants are expected to use a large measure of independent judgement considering and weighing alternatives when appropriate taking into account the financial and operational significance of the services being is an onsite role based in Phoenix Overview:YA is a professional services platform providing consulting engineering and related services to clients around the world. Known for accuracy and strategic insight PCAS helps clients align scope schedule and budget from the earliest planning stages through project & Responsibilities:Lead all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process including the development and maintenance of schedules throughout the project forensic analysis of project schedules contemporaneous documentation and construction project progress with the project schedule delay analysis to establish the cause and extent of delays and to resolve construction delay construction productivity and progress data extended general conditions evaluate schedule acceleration and mitigation the impact of project changes and schedule delays effectively communicating on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines expenses and other factors critical to operational efficiency and schedule management during all phases of and synthesize relevant information to prepare technical project job files documentation and other relevant with other department employees contractors and clients on a regular basisPerforms other duties as Qualifications:Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or equivalent of 5 years in a professional work using critical path method (CPM) techniques to analyze construction project in Oracle Primavera P6Experience with Microsoft Office Microsoft Project and ASTA Powerproject. Technical writing skills are a onsite construction experience.
