Open to relocation but candidates must relocate at their own expense prior to starting

100% onsite in San Antonio TX (Monday Friday standard business hours)

Fast-paced implementation environment requiring strong communication and adaptability

Role Overview:
We are hiring Business Analysts to support an SAP S/4HANA / Ariba implementation specifically aligned to financial workstreams. Each BA will own a primary workstream and serve as a secondary backup for another.

Key Requirements:
Must have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience within at least one of the five core workstreams (S2P O2C H2R B2R A2R)
Strong background as an SAP Business Analyst supporting financial modules
Experience with requirements gathering process mapping and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience leading or supporting testing phases (UAT SIT regression etc.)
Ability to interact with senior leadership and present status updates
Strong understanding of data flows integrations and SAP financial processes
