Senior SAP ABAP HANA Developer

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior HANA ABAP Developer position! This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend and/or convert and will be hybrid in Charlotte NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the design coding testing and quality assurance of complex SAP ABAP applications for S/4 HANA Finance Transformation initiatives
• Develop and support SAP ECC HR/FI operations as part of the SAP Technical team responsible for all SAP applications
• Collaborate within an Agile cross-functional team spanning multiple tracks attending Agile ceremonies and providing regular updates on development progress
• Create technical specifications design documentation and provide peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Drive development initiatives from requirements through implementation with a focus on quality speed and efficiency
• Model design implement and test SAP-based solutions including programs interfaces and reports with quick-turnaround capabilities
• Coordinate with offshore and remote team members on deliverables and mentor junior developers
• Continuously improve software engineering methods within the Agile framework and expand skills beyond core focus areas to support overall team success

What Youll Need to Have:

• 6-7 years of hands-on SAP ECC ABAP development experience including all of the following technologies: Workbench Data Dictionary Reports SmartForms Adobe Forms ALE/IDOC Workflow Web Dynpro OO ABAP Enhancements and Performance Tuning
• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with a full SAP S/4 HANA implementation including HANA Studio ABAP Development Tools (ADT) CDS ADBC and performance tuning for HANA
• Strong experience in at least two of the following modules: SD (preferred) FI or MM plus additional expertise in at least one of HR-ABAP EWM or SCM
• Proven ability to provide high-level technical designs and execute quick-turnaround development solutions
• Experience with SAP Fiori SuccessFactors and API technologies including REST SOAP and OData
• Strong proficiency in requirements analysis design configuration testing and support with excellent documentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Pay Range: $60-65/hr
